With the help of the USGA Green Section, one of the country’s most famous expanses of turf is healthier than ever. Golf Journal, the Official Publication of the USGA talks to Michael Naas, turfgrass manager for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) Grounds and Arboretum, about the renovation of the Capital Lawn with Tahoma 31 and its selection as a “lowe maintenance, better quality grass.”
